How to Choose the Right Karting Suit for Your Academy

Kitting out an academy is a different problem from buying a single suit. You are balancing safety, a consistent look across a squad, and a budget that has to stretch across a season.

Start with the rating

Karting suits are generally specified against the CIK-FIA levels. Level 2 is the common requirement for competitive karting, while lower cost abrasion resistant suits are often adequate for arrive and drive or indoor training. Confirm what your national body requires before ordering.

Identity across a squad

Full panel sublimation makes a consistent team livery affordable at low volume, because colour count no longer drives cost. Keep the design simple enough to survive being scaled from a youth size to an adult one.

Fit and size runs

Academies grow. Ordering across a graded size run, with a pre production fit sample signed off first, avoids the most expensive mistake in team kit: a batch that does not fit half the drivers.
