Branding & Labels
Everything that turns a well made garment into your product. Woven labels, leather patches, embroidery, printed graphics, hangtags and packaging, applied in house as part of the same production run.
Your Brand, Our Factory
Private label means the garment leaves here carrying your name and nothing of ours. No factory tags, no stray branding, no evidence that it was not made in your own facility.
Branding is applied during production rather than added afterwards. Sublimated graphics go on before assembly so they run correctly across seams, and labels are set into the construction rather than stitched over the top.
Branding Methods
Woven Labels
Damask and satin woven labels for neck, side seam and waistband. Folded, straight cut or loop, in your own colours.
Embossed Leather Patches
Debossed or embossed leather and synthetic patches for jackets, caps and bags, stitched or heat applied.
Embroidery
Flat and 3D puff embroidery for logos on caps, polos, jackets and bags, digitised from your artwork.
Heat Transfer
Heat applied logos and numbers, useful for stretch panels and for squad numbering that changes between seasons.
Screen Printing
Screen print for solid spot colour graphics at volume, with good opacity on dark fabric.
Full Sublimation
Edge to edge sublimated designs with unlimited colours, photographic detail and no added weight or hand feel.
Labels, Tags and Compliance Marks
A finished garment usually carries more than one label. We produce and fit the main brand label, size label, care and composition label, and country of origin marking, positioned to your specification.
Care and composition wording is set by the market you sell into, and requirements differ between regions. Tell us where the goods are going and supply the wording your market requires, and we will apply it exactly as given. We produce the labels to your artwork rather than deciding the regulatory content on your behalf.
Hangtags, swing tickets, barcode and size stickers can all be produced and attached before packing, so stock arrives retail ready.
Branded Packaging
Packaging is part of the product for anyone selling direct. We can supply printed or plain polybags, tissue, branded stickers, printed tape and custom cartons, and pack to your carton specification with your labelling on the outside.
If you are shipping into a marketplace or a retailer with its own packing and barcode rules, send the specification and we will pack to it.
