Bulk Manufacturing

Volume production of motorsport and sports apparel, run end to end on our own floor in Sialkot. From an approved sample to packed cartons, with the same people accountable at every stage.

Production at Volume

Bulk work is a different discipline from making one good garment. The challenge is making the five hundredth piece identical to the one you approved. That comes down to locked patterns, controlled cutting, and checking at each stage instead of hoping at the end.

We keep cutting, printing, stitching and finishing under one roof. When something needs correcting mid run, it is corrected on the same floor rather than shuttled between subcontractors, which is where most delays and most quality drift come from.

What Runs Through the Floor

Pattern & Grading

Production patterns built from your tech pack or sample, then graded across your full size run before any fabric is cut.

Cutting

Marker planning and controlled cutting to keep panels consistent and fabric waste down across large lays.

Print & Sublimation

Full panel sublimation, screen printing and heat transfer, applied before assembly so the design sits correctly across seams.

Stitching & Assembly

Flat seam and double needle construction, with reinforcement at the points that fail first on race and team wear.

Inspection

Checks at cutting, after stitching and before packing, covering seam strength, measurements, print adhesion and finish.

Packing

Individual polybagging, labelling and carton packing to your requirement, ready for freight.

How an Order Runs

1. Specification. Send a tech pack, reference photos, or a sample garment. We confirm what is achievable, quote it, and flag anything in the design that will cause problems in production.

2. Sample. We produce a pre production fit sample, usually within about a week. You review it physically and we correct until you sign it off. Nothing proceeds without that approval.

3. Bulk. The approved sample becomes the reference for the run. Typical bulk turnaround is three to five weeks depending on quantity, decoration and finish.

4. Inspection and dispatch. Pieces are inspected, packed to your spec, and released to freight with the documentation your destination requires.

What We Need From You

The more precise your brief, the closer the first sample lands. Useful to have: quantities per style and per size, colourways, artwork in vector format, any Pantone references you need matched, fabric preference or a performance requirement, and your deadline.

If you do not have a tech pack, that is not a blocker. A clear photo of a garment you like, plus the changes you want, is enough for us to start. We will build the tech pack as part of the sampling process and it stays yours.
