Global Shipping

Finished orders leave Sialkot packed, documented and ready for customs. We handle export paperwork and freight booking, and we tell you the real transit time rather than the optimistic one.

Getting Your Order to You

Shipping is the stage where a well run order most often goes wrong, usually because paperwork does not match the cargo. We prepare documentation against the packed goods rather than against the original order, so declared quantities, weights and values reflect what is actually in the cartons.

We ship from Sialkot, with air departures through Sialkot and Lahore and sea freight through Karachi. Which route makes sense depends on your volume and your deadline, and we will say plainly when paying for air is not worth it.

Freight Options

Express Courier

Door to door through the major integrators. Best for samples and small bulk. Typically a few days in transit, fully tracked, with customs handled by the carrier.

Air Freight

Airport to airport for mid sized orders where the deadline matters more than the freight cost. Faster than sea by weeks, cheaper than express at volume.

Sea Freight

LCL or full container for large repeat orders. The lowest cost per piece by a wide margin, and the option that needs the most lead time planning.

Export Documentation

Every shipment goes out with a commercial invoice and a packing list showing carton count, gross and net weights and dimensions. We include the HS codes for the goods, and can provide a certificate of origin where your import requires one.

If your buyer, freight forwarder or customs broker needs documents in a particular format or with specific wording, send the requirement before dispatch. Correcting paperwork after cargo has left is slow and occasionally expensive.

Duties, Taxes and Customs

On EXW and FOB terms, import duty and local taxes are paid by you at the destination. Rates depend on the HS classification and your country, and we cannot quote them for you. Your customs broker can, and it is worth asking before you place a large order rather than after it lands.

On DDP terms we quote the delivered cost with duties included, which is simpler to budget but usually more expensive overall. Tell us which you prefer and we will price it that way.

Pakistan has trade arrangements with several markets that can reduce duty for goods of Pakistani origin, provided the correct certificate of origin travels with the shipment. If that applies to you, tell us before dispatch so the paperwork is issued correctly.
